SA 516 GR.60/70N NACE Plates are pressure vessel plates with high strength that are suited for application in severe environments, especially in hydrogen sulfide-exposed industries. The plates adhere to NACE MR 0103/0175 standards to provide superior sulfide stress cracking resistance. They have Carbon (≤0.28%), Manganese (0.79-1.30%), Silicon (0.13-0.45%), Phosphorus (≤0.025%) and Sulfur (≤0.015%) which offer better toughness and durability. Normalized for better mechanical properties, these plates are extensively utilized in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation sectors.
